Although this part is yet to be defined. And we are still considering which charity to support. One opportunity could be to work with Kopernik to improve technology and training of efficient coffee farming. However, there is a strong feeling between us that we would rather just give our donations directly to the farmers themselves to supplement the very little income they receive.

Sungai Watch is on a mission to protect and restore Indonesia's rivers by developing and designing simple technologies to stop the flow of plastic pollution from going into the ocean. We believe trash barriers are the quickest and most cost effective way to eradicate plastic pollution by activating communities on land. Rivers are the perfect connection point between life on land and our ocean. Almost 2 million kilograms of plastic pollution have been collected in Bali.

Hotel Room Displays
A clever initiative that hopes to generate significant donations for the Living Seas Founation and Sungai Watch. These displays will complement the current coffee and tea offering, but if a guest chooses to enjoy a premium single drip coffee from IOG, costing just Rp10k, 20% of the sale value will go directly to the respective charity.
Cold Brew with the Blind Community
Teaming up with Teratai Blind Foundation (part of Bali Bersama Bisa)., we wantt o take their product Kopi Bayang cold brew and creating a collaboration so sell in wider commercial distribution. The ultimate goal to to help even more charitable proceeds to to b ereturned to nurting the younger generation of blind people. We also hope to use the blind workforce in our cafes doing manual pour over.

Alhough margins are super tight as a coffee supplier to businesses, the margin when selling to a consumer are significant. We feel some of the extar margin made should be fairly returned tot he famers themselves who live a very subsistence way of life to grow and process the coffee cherries.
